1. Subsidized Housing

Subsidized housing is available for seniors and non-seniors living in the Cold Lake area. The program is geared towards households on limited incomes and rent is set based on income.

2. Direct to Tenant Rent Supplement Program

Rental subsidy is available for household’s that are on limited incomes (core housing need). Subsidy is based on the difference between 30 percent of household income and market rent.

3. Homelessness and Eviction Fund

Funds are available through this program to assist households that require financial assistance with damage deposit, first month’s rent, and/or costs associated with moving.

This program targets households on limited incomes that have to relocate due to rental increases, rent arrears, and/or are experiencing great difficulty establishing a place of residence.
