Occupancy
Expected occupancy is July 2009. Applications are currently be accepted for the complex please contact Coldwell Banker Chinook City for an application package by calling 780-639-6642.

Project Funding / Support
This project has been budgeted at $5.1 million. With support from Alberta Municipal Affairs, City of Cold Lake, Alberta Real Estate Foundation and the Wild Rose Foundation, Cold Lake Affordable Housing Society will need to either fundraise or finance $1.8M to complete the project.
