In an effort to address longer term accommodation for low to moderate income families, the City of Cold Lake and Cold Lake Affordable Housing Society will be developing six city lots into either townhouses or duplexes.

Funding for this development has been received from the Municipal Sustainability Housing Program grant in partnership with the City of Cold Lake.
